1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
SK Consulting USA LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with VentureAI for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@venturerai.biz. No questions asked.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund: (a) your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription charge; (b) the request must be sent from the email address associated with your account. Refunds are only available for the first subscription period and are not available for subsequent renewals.
3. Renewals
Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Access to the Platform continues through the end of the paid billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@venturerai.biz with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service, abuse, or fraudulent activity. Partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not available.
